The project allows users to create interstellar spaceflight, or static background plates, and making changes to the appearance of interstellar structures.

Optical Flares 1.3.3 and Element 3D v2 are also required for advanced features. The project contains astronomical objects – a bright star cluster and a planetary system, which may be modified and customized in the scene with these plugins. Graphics card driver and plugins should be up to date.

Please note the following:

3GB video memory is recommended. This is a high quality, flexible environment with realistic appearace, but not a lightweight project. Camera motion may be personalized and the user is also allowed to rearrange the whole space, but in-depth customization might be difficult for beginner users of AE and Element 3D. The User Guide offers some help, but advanced skills might be needed to understand the structure for substantial modification.

Modification example are included in the video below. Please watch it carefully before purchasing the product.https://youtu.be/RGN4Iwrt4nQ

Flying through the entire galaxy and leaving it is unfortunately impossible, as the environment is indeed gigantic, but not infinite. The camera might be moved in a flattened sphere (horizontal diameter: 20.000 unit, height: 10.000 unit), but distant structures will loose the correct appearance beyond this limit.

Expected render time is largely effected by the number of particles, the amount of motion blur and texture resolutions. Render time for the full quality 4K resolution background scene with motion blur and 8K starfield – excluding texts and planetary system – takes about 65 hours on a single workstation, which is approximately 2 minutes per frame. (i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz, Geforce GTX 780 graphics card, 32 GB RAM). Reducing the particle number or using a render farm could accelerate render speed.
